Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are exclusively available to Job Seekers. Recruiters are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Refund requests from Job Seekers will only be considered if they meet the conditions outlined below and are subject to the sole discretion of SKILANCE (Skilance.com).

2. Refund Request Submission

To be eligible for a refund, Job Seekers must submit their request through the designated Refund Section on the Skilance.com platform. Refund requests submitted through any other channel or method will not be accepted.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of a successful payment. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund. The refund processing time will be 8-10 working days as per India.

4. Refund Deduction

If a refund request is approved, a 7.5% platform and management fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing costs.

5. Discretionary Approval

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by SKILANCE (Skilance.com). The platform reserves the right to accept or decline any refund request at its sole discretion, even if it meets the above criteria.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services or features may be marked as non-refundable, regardless of submission timeframe or eligibility criteria. These terms will be specified in the applicable service description.

7. Finality of Decision

All decisions regarding refunds are final and binding. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
